S.N. & Company was founded in 2003 by Mr. Nitin Kohli and has since built a strong reputation in the field of heritage conservation and cultural infrastructure. The company stands at the forefront of museum construction and heritage restoration, delivering projects that respect historical significance while meeting contemporary standards.
With over two decades of experience, the firm has worked in close collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders from local governing bodies such as Panchayats, District Administrations, and Municipal Corporations, to prominent national and international institutions including the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), State Archaeology Departments, UPRNN, UPPWD, UPSIDC, and the Uttar Pradesh Housing Board.
S.N. & Company is currently engaged in significant assignments across several historically rich locations including Lucknow, Ayodhya, Mathura, Lalitpur, Gorakhpur, Unnao, Kushinagar, and Jhansi. modernity. Known for his ability to merge traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge
construction practices, Nitin has successfully led projects that reflect precision, sustainability,
